After Scientist Ruth (Inma Cuesta, Blancanieves, Unit 7, SFF12, Cousinhood, SFF12) is dumped at a friend’s nuptials by her boyfriend, she begins the search for love afresh. However, to add insult to injury, she soon receives consecutive invitations to the weddings of three of her ex-boyfriends - all to take place within the same month!
Determined to face her past with dignity, Ruth sets out with her handsome lab assistant Dani in tow as support. Tragicomic, outrageous and crass situations ensue with eccentric personalities colliding with a bang. When plastic surgeon Jonas (Quim Gutierréz, Family United, SFF14) appears, it seems that true love could be on the horizon for Ruth, but Jonas hides a startling secret that will force her to question who she can trust, and what she really values.
